On February 8th, the Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington region moved back to the Green zone of the COVID-19 Response Framework.  At that time, Loyalist Township announced a phased-in resumption of several municipal services. On Monday, March 1st Loyalist Township has planned the resumption of more in-person municipal services.

 

 W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre

Beginning on March 1st, the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre will resume offering the following in-person municipal services from Monday to Friday from 9am-4pm (excluding holidays and building closures):

  • Garbage bag tags (sold in sheets of 10 tags)

  • Dog tags

  • Recycling bins

  • Receipt of Tax and Utilities cheques

 Violet Landfill

 

On Monday, March 1st, the Violet Landfill will resume the sale of bag tags and the collection of cash payments. Payments can also be made via debit.  Current safety measures remain in place. Visit our COVID-19 page for further information regarding landfill operations.
