Ham Road Closed for Culvert Replacement in Loyalist Township

LOYALIST TOWNSHIP — Ham Road is closed Tuesday, September 1, as crews carry out a culvert replacement project west of the railroad tracks.

Please be advised that Ham Rd is currently closed currently between 1746 Ham Rd and 1659 Ham Rd. (west of the railroad tracks) for a culvert replacement. 

To safely complete the project, motorists and residents will not be able to cross the work site at any time during construction due to the open excavation. Access will be maintained up to the closure limits from either side of the project; however, no vehicular traffic will be permitted through the construction zone.

• Closure Limits: Intersection of Ham Rd and CR7 and the intersection of Ham Rd. and Cr 4
• Construction Location: Between 1659 Ham Rd and 1746 Ham Rd
• Start: Tuesday, September 1, 2026
• End: Tuesday, September 1, 2026

Local traffic may continue to access properties within the closed section of Ham Rd. by proceeding around the barricades from the appropriate end of the closure. 

We ask all residents and motorists to exercise caution when entering the construction area and to follow all traffic control personnel and posted signage.
