Lap Pool Reopening Oct 31
The Latham Lap Pool remains temporarily closed through October 30th following an equipment failure that occurred late last week.
Township staff worked with the pool installer and project team to identify the problem and have completed the repairs and are now preparing for a final inspection today. It was determined that there was a mechanical problem with one of the components of the pump direct from the manufacturer that caused a pump seal failure. The part has been replaced under warranty, and the Latham Lap Pool will reopen for regularly scheduled programming on Saturday, October 31st.
