Odessa Municipal Office Closure - Aug 4-10
The Odessa Municipal Office will be closed from August 4 to 10 while the parking lot is repaved. The office will reopen on August 11.
During the closure, Township services will remain available by phone at 613-386-7351, by email, and online. Residents and customers who require in-person assistance may visit the the W.J. Henderson Community Centre at 322 Amherst Drive in Amherstview to access services regularly provided in Odessa.
To file nomination papers for the 2026 Municipal Elections, individuals must book an appointment with the Clerk or Deputy Clerk. From August 4 to 10, appointments will be held at the Township Office at 18 Manitou Crescent West in Amherstview.
The August 4 Loyalist Township Committee of Adjustment meeting has been cancelled as there are no applications ready to be heard by the Committee. Services regularly offered at the Township Office at 18 Manitou Crescent West in Amherstview, such as planning and building applications, will not be impacted.
