Total Burn Ban

Due to the continued hot and dry weather, a Total Fire Ban will be put in place for all of Loyalist Township as of 12:00 a.m. on August 12, 2025. 

What is prohibited:

• All open-air fires including brush fires, agriculture fires, campfires, fire in an outdoor fireplace, etc.
• Fireworks

What is permitted:

• Certified BBQ’s designed specifically for cooking.
• Certified propane or gas fueled fire pits/rings/bowls/etc.  that have a mechanical shut-off to immediately stop the flow of the fuel.
