On-Site Sewage
The application guide is provided to assist you when submitting a building permit application to Loyalist Township.
This information sheet provides more details on a class 1 sewage system
Class 2 sewage systems require a permit application
Class 3,4 & 5 On- Site Sewage System require a building permit application
For information regarding existing sewage systems, please fill out the application and return to the building department with payment. Please note that a file search can take up to 14 business days granted there is sufficient information provided.
