We are in the process of designing upgrades for the original sections of Potter Drive, Creighton Drive, and South Street West in Odessa, with construction planned for 2024, subject to budget approval.
The planned work includes:

Replacement/repair of watermains and sanitary sewers

Right-of-way drainage improvements

Upgrade Potter Drive to a collector road, including the addition of sidewalks from Main Street to the new development areas
We will coordinate with local developers and the County of Lennox & Addington to investigate other improvements to be completed in conjunction with this work.
In early 2024 we will be holding a Public Information Centre to share draft design and to hear your feedback. In the meantime, we encourage you to sign up for email updates about the project.
