2024-2027 Strategic Plan Update

Loyalist Township Council and staff are working together as a team to review and improve historical operating procedures, explore technology advancements, and take advantage of opportunities to improve communication and efficient service delivery to our businesses and residents through the development of the Strategic Plan Update for 2024-2027.

The Township is seeking resident input to help shape the development of the Strategic Plan Update for 2024-2027 and to ensure that the update reflects resident wants and needs.

The Strategic Plan outlines strategic priorities including financial strategy, commercial & industrial activity, external communications, infrastructure, and operational excellence, as well as relevant objectives and initiatives for each strategic priority that will guide the direction of the community for the next four years. 

Residents and local business owners are encouraged to complete the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan Update Survey by the 4:30 p.m. deadline on October 18, 2023, to share their feedback. Input can help ensure that the Strategic Plan reflects the long-term vision and aspirations of the community.
