Special Charges for Emma Street Local Improvement Work under Ontario Regulation 586/06 of the Municipal Act, 2001

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 586/06, take notice of a meeting of the Committee of Revision scheduled on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 2 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Odessa Township Office located at 263 Main Street, Odessa. The agenda will be available at the following link: https://loyalist.civicweb.net/Portal/

The Committee will consider special charges for Emma Street local improvement work. The specific nature of the local improvement work includes: storm, water/ drainage works, sanitary sewer works, water works, road grading, road reconstruction, streetlighting and external utilities, as local improvement.

Copies of the local improvement roll prepared, and a statement of cost is now available for inspection at the Clerk’s Division at the address below.

Any person who owns a lot to be specially charged may object to a special charge by filing an objection, setting out the objection and the reasons in support of it, with the Clerk not later than 4:30 p.m. on March 18, 2025. If no objections are received, the Committee meeting will be cancelled.
