Join Loyalist Township in celebrating Culture Days this Fall! The 
Ontario Culture Days Festival is an annual celebration of arts, culture and heritage taking place each fall across the province. This year's Festival will take place across three weeks from September 22 to October 15, 2023. 

The Township is home to a wide variety of local cultural and fun activities. We thank our many local businesses, organizations, groups, and volunteers who work tirelessly to bring our communities to life! 

This year’s Culture Days event spotlights include: 

Amherstview Farmers Market (W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, Amherstview) 

The market is open weekly on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and features a dedicated team of Producers who are pleased to be bringing you top quality, fresh, local goods! Swing by the market and support our local producers!  

Second Chance Ranch Tours (6038 Highway 2, Odessa) 

Open 7-days a week by appointment, the Second Chance Ranch provides visitors a chance to meet horses, alpacas, donkeys, chickens, ponies and more while learning about them. This is a perfect fall activity for families! 

Theater. Arts. Music. (Centennial Park - North), Bath) 

Celebrate theater, music and arts with Loyalist Township on Saturday, September 23 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. outdoors, at Centennial Park North in Bath, Ontario! The event will feature live music and interactive fun with the Greater Kingston Chorus, a puppet show and puppet making with Applefun Puppetry, chalk art, and a youth theatre performance from Not So Amateur Amateurs!  

Live Music Sundays (Finkle's Shore Park697 Bath Road, Bath) 

Come out to a Bath community staple event, Live Music Sundays! Concerts run weekly on Sundays, with the next concert running from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on September 24with featured artists: Yan-Nick MichaudSpencer Scharf and Borg n BenniThe Live Music Sundays concerts are proudly hosted by Bon Evans and a team of dedicated volunteers. 

Sisters of the Drum (W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, Amherstview) 

In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we invite you to join us for a special ceremony with Sisters of the Drum between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on September 30.You are invited to join in with the drumming circle, learn Anishinaabe songs, take a healing medicine walk, and participate in the traditional painting and decorating of Indigenous drums and shakers. 

All events and activities are free and open to everyone. 

We encourage both residents and visitors to join us in celebrating this year’s Ontario Culture Days Festival and the incredible diversity of Township residents, businesses, groups, organizations and volunteers
