The Council of the Corporation of Loyalist Township has received the complete applications listed below pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, and Council for Loyalist Township has scheduled a hybrid Public Meeting on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider an amendment to the Official Plan and amendment to the comprehensive Zoning By-Law 2001-38, as amended, in accordance with the provisions of section 17(15) and 34(12) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

The Public Meeting will be a hybrid meeting, where participants can attend the Council Chambers in person at 263 Main Street, Odessa or via the Zoom platform. The Zoom link can be found on the Council Agenda prior to the meeting.
