Bath Heritage Conservation District Plan

Designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act, a Heritage Conservation District may comprise of a neighbourhood, rural landscape, main street, or other areas of cultural heritage value that reflect a cohesive sense of time and place. 

Loyalist Township has one Heritage Conservation District (HCD) in the Village of Bath. For more information on the District Plan, please refer to Village of Bath Heritage Conservation District Plan.

The Village of Bath Heritage Conservation District contains nine properties. If you own a property within the district and would like to make changes to the outside of the building, you may need a Heritage Permit Application
