Applications, Licences and Permits

Whether you are opening a food truck or commercial refreshment vehicle, filming a movie, or holding a lottery, you'll need to get a licence. We issue a variety of municipal licences and permits to regulate operations in Loyalist Township.

The following permits and licences are not required or issued by Loyalist Township:

• Birth Certificates - Contact Service Ontario.
• Business Licences - We encourage you to consult with the Planning division before opening a business, to ensure that the proposed business and its location comply with the Township's zoning by-law.
