All fees and charges in Loyalist Township are approved by Council. The Miscellaneous Fees & Charges by-law contains a comprehensive list of fees and charges in Loyalist Township. On November 11, 2025 Council enacted and passed the municipality's 2026 Miscellaneous Fees and Charges By-law 2025-59 and schedules to be effective January 1, 2026.
