Noise By-Law Exemptions

The Township has granted Hot2Trot Stables an exemption to the Noise By-law under Activity 2 of Schedule 2, for the following days and times:

Hot2Trot Stables is located at 1003 Lucas Road in Odessa. The exemption relates to the operation of any electronic device or group of connected electronic devices incorporating one or more loudspeakers or other electro mechanical transducers, and intended for the production, reproduction or amplification of sound.

The Township has granted the Amherst Island Agricultural Society an exemption to the Noise By-law on the August 2, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Amherst Island Agricultural Society's Music Festival - Rock the Pavilion will take place at 5437 Front Rd in Stella. The exemption permits the operation of any electronic device or group of connected electronic devices incorporating one or more loudspeakers or other electro mechanical transducers, and intended for the production, reproduction or amplification of sound.

The Township has granted an exemption to the Noise By-law on July 22, 2025 from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Loyalist Township and their hired contractor will be completing a cement pour and install for the rink at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre. The exemption permits for the operation of any equipment in connection with construction.

The exemption permits the operation of any electronic device or group of connected electronic devices incorporating one or more loudspeakers or other electro mechanical transducers, and intended for the production, reproduction or amplification of sound.
