The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has launched a national strike effective September 25, 2025. During the Canada Post labour strike, Loyalist Township encourages residents to consider alternative methods for accessing and submitting essential services, such as property tax, utility, and court-related payments. The Township remains dedicated to ensuring continuity of services for residents, despite possible mail delays.

This office houses the Mayor's office and the Chief Administrative Officer, the Corporate Services and Community & Customer Services departments, as well as being the seat of Council. Visit this office if you have questions about your property taxes or your utilities (water & sewer) bill, or to access the services of a Commissioner of Oaths.

W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre

The Recreation Centre is home to the pool (currently closed), arena, and Amherstview branch of the library.

Construction is currently underway on the renewal of the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre. The Recreation Centre is closed during the summer of 2025 and will reopen in September 2025.  A temporary customer service office has been established in the Centre's parking lot.
