Mandate
The Appeals Committee is a tribunal with specific authority to conduct appeals of property standard orders in accordance with the Building Code Act. The Appeals Committee is also appointed as the Committee to hear appeals from other Township regulatory by-laws as required.

Membership
The Committee is composed of four (4) public members.

Meetings
Appeals Committee meetings will be held as needed. The meeting, agenda and minutes will be available on the CivicWeb Portal. Members of the public may participate electronically as requested, in accordance with the Procedural By-Law.
