When you arrive, members can provide their member card to be scanned. Non-members can provide their phone number or name linked to the account.
Registration Information
Most programs and activities require pre-registration. If you are a new user, you will need to create an account before you register for in-person or virtual recreation programs.
How to register online
- Login to your account or create a new account
- Click on the Program icon at the top of the webpage
- Select an available activity or program
- Click 'Show courses'
- Select 'Register'
- Continue to follow the additional registration prompts until you reach a 'Thank You' page
- Check your email for a for a confirmation notice

Online booking and registration
I booked my drop-in activity online. What do I need to provide when I arrive?
Do I have to book online for drop-in activities?
At this time, all programs require pre-registration.
Where can I see which activities I am registered for?
When you log into your account, select the name of who is registered, scroll and select 'Schedules'. Each family member is displayed as a different colour. You can choose to see family members on one schedule or you can switch to 'List View' to display the activities for the selected family member.
When booking online, your spot is held for five (5) minutes without any on-screen activity. If the registration process is not complete within this timeframe, the spot is released back and available to anyone. You need to start the registration process again.
Withdrawals, credits, refunds and receipts
Can I withdraw from a program and get a refund?
All program and course cancellations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, no refund will be issued. For information on withdrawing and how to receive a refund, please visit withdrawing from a Program and how to receive a refund.
I need to cancel my place in a program for medical reasons. Do I have to pay admin fees?
For cancellations due to medical reasons, please submit a Refund Request Form in-person at one of our facilities with a medical note or complete the online form and upload your medical note.
How can I see the credit on my account?
Once you log in to your account, select a family member, on the next screen you will see any credits available.
How do I pay outstanding balances online?
Balances can be paid once you log in to your account. Select the account holder’s name and choose the 'Invoice' tab. Select from displayed invoice and select, 'Make Payment.' Invoices cannot be paid with a credit on account. To use a credit on account to pay an outstanding balance, please visit us in person at the W.J. Henderson Community Centre.
Waitlists
If you received an email for an available spot in a program in which you were waitlisted, you can select 'Confirm' to approve your spot, which will take you to the login page to complete the registration and payment. If you are no longer interested in the program, please contact Recreation and Facilities.
