Temporary Changes to Route 10 Bus Stops

Due to construction on Sherwood Ave

Effective at start of day Tuesday, May 19 and continuing until further notice, Route 10 buses will detour away from Sherwood Avenue in Amherstview due to construction.

Temporary alternative stops will be posted for the duration of construction activity.

Register with Health Care Connect

Loyalist Township is pleased to announce the arrival of three new family physicians as part of its ongoing physician recruitment efforts.

People who do not currently have a primary care provider are encouraged to register with Health Care Connect, a program that helps connect patients with family doctors accepting new patients. The new physicians are required to give priority to Loyalist residents.

Thank you for celebrating June is Recreation and Parks Month!

A big thanks to everyone who joined us in celebrating June is Recreation and Parks Month (JRPM) in Loyalist Township! Your participation helped highlight the importance of recreation and parks in supporting physical, social, and environmental well-being.

We hope you had fun exploring our programs, events, parks, and facilities throughout the month and remember, to continue enjoying them year round!

Parks and Recreation Ontario have set the theme for JRPM 2025 as Community Thrives Here. This is meant to remind us that recreation and parks bring communities together. Exploring parks and participating in any and all recreational pursuits help us enhance our lives by connecting us with the people around us and encouraging us to be more active.
