Temporary Closure of Bulk Water and Small Fill Stations

Due to construction work at the booster station located at 243 County Road 6, the Bulk Water and Small Fill Stations are temporarily out of service. 

The closure began on June 9, 2026, and will remain in effect until further notice while construction is underway.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Temporary Changes to Route 10 Bus Stops

Due to construction on Sherwood Ave

Effective at start of day Tuesday, May 19 and continuing until further notice, Route 10 buses will detour away from Sherwood Avenue in Amherstview due to construction.

Temporary alternative stops will be posted for the duration of construction activity.

Register with Health Care Connect

Loyalist Township is pleased to announce the arrival of three new family physicians as part of its ongoing physician recruitment efforts.

People who do not currently have a primary care provider are encouraged to register with Health Care Connect, a program that helps connect patients with family doctors accepting new patients. The new physicians are required to give priority to Loyalist residents.

Spring Egg Hunt

Hop around with us on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.for a fun filled morning of free family activities. Meet the Spring Bunny and take a photo, hunt for eggs, enjoy games and crafts, roast marshmallows, and more! Don't forget to bring a basket to collect your goodies! 

Please note that our indoor games area located in the Leisure & Activity Centre’s gym will require indoor shoes or sock feet.
