We are thrilled to share that the third annual Seniors Expo in celebration for Seniors Month was a great success! Our community vision of Keeping Active and Staying Connected was brought to life through a day filled with engaging activities, helpful resources, and meaningful connections.

Location: Odessa Fairgrounds, 231 Main Street, Odessa (entrance on Wilton Road/County Road 6)

Participate in our seminars!
Gentle Stretch / Loyalist Township - 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
This class uses a chair for support in both standing and seated stretches. It is a great place to be if you are just starting back into fitness, looking to improve balance, wanting to increase mobility and flexibility, or if you just want to start the day off with a good old-fashioned stretch! No equipment required, just bring a re-useable water bottle and closed toe comfortable shoes.
VON Napanee / VON Kingston - Fitness class – 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Join the VON SMART Exercise Program for a seated exercise class and get moving from the comfort of a chair. There are many fun and simple ways to move that don’t evolve standing and we would love to share them with you!
Glenhaven Memorial Gardens on Estate Planning – 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Seniors Association Kingston Region - Wood Carving Demonstration – 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
