Loyalist Township offers a wide variety of facilities that you can rent for your private party, meeting, special event or sporting event.

Rental essentials

Please complete our Facility Rental Request Form to request an occasional or one-time booking.

To reserve seasonal space at a facility or a rental over an ongoing period of time, please complete the Facility Rental Request Form via the button above. The Township uses the Facility Allocation Policy to assign ice times.

Seasonal Request Deadlines:

Deadline for sports field requests is January 1
Deadline for fall/winter ice requests is March 1

Fees

The cost of renting facilities is outlined in Schedule F of the Miscellaneous Fees and Charges Bylaw.
