Adult and Teen Swimming Programs

We have group lessons for adults looking to learn how to swim in a more social setting. Adults choosing to participate in group lessons will progress through the three adult levels of the Lifesaving Society's Swim for Life® program. This program will start with getting you comfortable in the water and learning basic skills before building up your strokes and endurance to have you swimming lengths in no time at all!

Adults and teens are also welcome to sign up for Private Lessons that take place at the same time as Children's Swimming Lessons.

We are proud to be partnering with BGC South East and the YMCA of Eastern Ontario to provide interim options for aquatics programs and swimming lessons while the new Barr Homes Aquatic Centre is under construction.
