Community Organizations

Did you know that we are home to lots of sports and active community groups? There is a handy directory below with contact information. If you're interested in community supports and services, check out Community and Senior Services. You can also go to our Community Event Calendar to see upcoming events. Other platforms for community information

Your Community Event Calendar

We encourage non-profit organizations providing a recreational or community service to make use of the Community Event Calendar.  It's very easy - just create a user account and submit your event information for approval. The more the calendar is used, the more useful it is to everybody!

Promoting your event on our noticeboards

We have both digital and physical noticeboards throughout the Township. These are used to promote both municipal information and information about community events and groups. The Municipal Noticeboard Policy provides access guidelines and details on how community groups can request use of these noticeboards.

How to access our noticeboards

A standardized fillable form can be accessed on the Township website to request access to noticeboard and provide information to be included in message.

Those requiring assistance with technology, can call the Township office at 613-386- 7351, ext. 113 and provide the Corporate Communications Manager with their noticeboard request information.

Visit the Odessa Municipal Office or the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre during Township business hours and speak with a customer service staff for assistance with your noticeboard request.
