Application and payment

• Each permit page, linked above, has downloadable application forms
• If you need a paper copy of an application form, please visit the Manitou Office in Amherstview located at 18 Manitou Crescent West 
• Application fees are due at the time of submitting an application form. Payment can be made at the Manitou Office by debit or cheque only
