Seasonal overnight parking restrictions
From December 1 to March 31, it is illegal to park on any road or street in Loyalist Township between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in accordance with By-law 2007-31 Part II Section L.
This restriction is in effect regardless of weather conditions. The by-law is strictly enforced by Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement. Vehicles in violation of the by-law will be ticketed. Any vehicle parked that is interfering with snow removal activities can not only be ticketed, but could be towed at the owner's expense, as stated in the Highway Traffic Act, Ontario.

Parking tickets
If you are found to be breaking any of the parking rules in Loyalist Township's Parking By-law you may receive a parking ticket. There are several options for paying parking fines.
You can alternatively pay your fine in one of the following ways:
- Paying in-person via Interac, cash or cheque at the Administration Office at 263 Main Street, Odessa, during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Mailing a cheque to Loyalist Township, 263 Main Street, P.O. Box 70, Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0
- Depositing a cheque inside of a sealed envelope at the secured drop box located at the office's front doors addressed to Loyalist Township, 263 Main Street, P.O. Box 70, Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0
