Balance System with Shauna, PhysioCare At Home
In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with a physiotherapist, learn about the body’s balance systems, assess your balance, and practice a short balance routine.

Qi Gong
This is an introduction class to Qi Gong. Qi Gong is a practice of gentle movements, breathing, and meditation that promotes energy balance and overall health. Two popular routines are the Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin), a set of eight exercises for strength and circulation, and the 18 Forms (Shibashi), a flowing sequence that emphasizes relaxation and balance. Both styles are easy to learn and offer benefits like reducing stress, improving flexibility, and enhancing well-being.
