Fun for the family - February 20, 2023
Join us this winter in fun, friendly activities including free public skates, fire truck tours, and library activities including a bouncy castle, and more. So Join us for a free hot chocolate and spend some quality family time together on Family Day!
When and where
Family Day is a great time for some family fun with activities starting at 11 a.m. and running until 2 p.m. at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, Amherstview.
- Free Skates will be at 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. - pre-registration is required as space is limited
- Great Canadian County Cabin Chip Hut/Canteen will be open for food and serving a free hot chocolate each
- Loyalist Fire Department will be giving Fire Truck tours - with photos
- Amherstview Library will have a bouncy castle, tattoo station, fun oversized games and a colouring station
