If you are looking for meeting space in Loyalist Township, we may be able to “meet” your needs!

Booking a meeting room

Please complete the Facility Rental Request Form if you are interested in booking a facility. For more information and facility availability, please contact Recreation & Facilities or call 613-386-7351.

Include your total time

When booking a meeting space, please note that you must include the total time that is needed, including setting up, decorating, and cleaning up after your rental.

Available meeting rooms

Lower meeting room

Please note that the Lower Meeting Room is unavailable for rental at this time.

Located at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, the lower meeting room is available to host small gatherings such as children's birthday parties, team meetings and tournament administration.

Amenities: sink, microwave, tables, chairs

Library conference room

Located at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, the library conference room is available to host small gatherings such as board meetings, tutoring and interviews.

Amenities: TV, table, chairs

Rental fees

All meeting room bookings are subject to insurance rates, which vary by age, group size and activity.

Meeting room fees for May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023 including HST: $25.96 per hour
